2. The appointment of franchise center is at the sole discretion of company P2H Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and no query shall be entertained in this aspect. Please note that any kind of recommendation will be considered as disqualification of the applicant.

3. On selection of applicant as franchise center, a site visit shall be made to ascertain the facts stated in the application form.

4. In all matters related to selection procedure of franchise, the decision of the company P2H Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall be acceptable to applicant.
