Concerning: Husky Compressor Serial Number (S/N) Change Distribution: All Authorized Service Centers

Campbell Hausfeld has changed the location of the serial number on the Husky branded air compressors that are being manufactured with the black tanks. The serial number to list for warranties consists of the Date Produced, Month and Year followed by the S/N number.

The serial number for the below unit would read 05/2013-0200033

The warranty period for these newly manufactured units with the black tank is a 2 year limited warranty. This new 2 year limited warranty only affects those units that have limited warranties exceeding one year. While the first year of this limited warranty remains the same that we will not pay warranty labor or mileage after the first year of ownership. These new changes do not affect any Ridgid branded compressors.
