- Roofs, high winds have removed patches of shingles from some roofs, please have them repaired
- Parking the yard - Hunters chase and City of Austin restrict the parking of vehicles in the front yard. The City of Austin Restricted Front Yard and Side Yard Parking ordinance prohibits parking a motor vehicle in the front or side yard of a residence except in a driveway or a paved parking space.
- Fences, is your fence sagging, please have it repaired or replaced.
Got a deed violation you need to report? Call Goodwin Managment at (512) 502-7503. Please understand that not all deed violations can be resolved immediately.
Applications and the Covenants and Restrictions (CCRS) documents are found on the intranet site at http://hca.goodwintx.com/. The ACC application must be approved before project work begins. The ACC has up to 30 days to respond to applications. So plan ahead and get those applications in early. In some cases, you will also need a building permit from the City of Austin.
