Colin Beames is a business focused corporate psychologist (and formerly an engineer), author and thought leader in human capital and workforce strategic planning. Peter Dimsey has made a career out of gathering, analysing and reporting workforce data to support policy development and management improvement. For the last ten years he has been responsible for the collection and reporting of workforce information across the whole of Victorian Government. This has involved co-ordinating and validating information sourced from over 250 organisations, designing reporting at a whole of government level and designing reporting of comparative information back to organisations in a form that is informative to senior executives and addresses strategic needs.
