Via ExpressNet (from the homepage) enter Employee Services then My Training Administration (eHR Sigal).

2. How to login in HR/Sigal

If you visit this site for the first time, please click on “First access ?/Forgot password ?", add your e-mail

address in the pop-up box and you will receive your User ID and Password. If you do not receive an e-

mail response within the next hour, please contact [email protected] you are

logged in, we suggest changing your temporary password to something easy to remember.

Please note that the password is now case-sensitive.

3. Search for a specific course

Click on the top menu on the button “Training” “Catalogue” “Catalogue Search”;

Search by inserting a keyword and select some filters such as: Learning activity type,

Language, Training Provider, Training Location or Session Date Range

Click on the relevant courses available.

Select a course by clicking on “Preview”.

5. Register on a waiting list

You can register to a session or, if no sessions are available, you have the option to register on a waiting

list (if applicable) or send a request to [email protected]. To register on a waiting list:

Click on “Calendar” to view your availability;

Click on “Register” and your manager will receive a request for approval;

If the dates scheduled do not suit you or if there are no dates available, you can register on a waiting

list.

6. Update your learning activities

Add or cancel an existing registration from “My Learning Activities” menu;

Evaluate a training you have completed from “ Activity Evaluation”;

Consult your training history.
