1. Interview (to evaluate the candidates’ ability to communicate freely and other skills)

4. Psychometric Test ( for higher and top level jobs, to test their sharpness, analytical ability, stress handling ability, presence of mind, etc.)
5. Final Formal Interview ( to assess the overall skills of the candidates)
