3. ROCK CLIMBING/ DESCENDING
Find a mentor or take lessons
NEVER Climb alone (At least 1 other person)
Have a climbing/descending Plan
Consider practicing on an indoor wall first

6. LIGHT AIRCRAFT /
HELICOPTER FLYING
Pilots MUST be licensed
Familiarize yourself with the aircraft
Accomplish a thorough Preflight Inspection
Plan your flights during good and fair weather
Consider joining the Aero Club
File detailed flight plans for extended trips
Have an emergency kit onboard
Plan and pack gear for adverse weather (in the
event of an emergency landing)
Stay current on flight and training requirements
Be familiar with the terrain you are flying over
Be trained and comfortable with night flying

7. KITE SURFING
Take Lessons
Purchase the right equipment and safety gear
Avoid strong winds and rough sea conditions
Stay clear of power lines, populated areas, coral,
congested water activity, and rocky coastlines
Keep a safe distance from other kite surfers
Inspect your equipment before and after use
Have a plan for self rescue. Know what to do if
you find your self in a dangerous situation.

8. Scuba Diving (Conditions)
Get proper training from a scuba certifying agency: Padi, Naui, SSI, IDEA, USN & more.
Be in good physical shape: Not exhausted,
inebriated, dehydrated, recommend not to dive
within 24 hours before/after flying.
Plan your dive and dive your plan (with your buddy):
Location (Know site or get orientation dive.)
Know max depth you are able to dive.
Know entry/exit point. (Alternate exit point.)
Check the weather and local sea conditions
Access to a basic First Aid/Save-a-Dive kit.

W- Weights(Proper amount of weights, belt right

R - Releases Snug, know how to release.
A- Air/Regulator (Air is in tank, regulator
& alternate air source are working properly.
F Final Okay: Is everything in place?
