ADMINISTRATIVE:

Lead the Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

  HR Financial budgeting, cost planning and control;  HR Reporting;  Payroll administration, management & reporting;  Recruiting and staffing logistics;  Employment permit administration;  Organizational and space planning;  Performance management and improvement systems;  Organization development;  Employment contracts, compliance and reporting;  Employee orientation, development, and training;  Policy development, documentation and implementation  Employee relations;  End of Service facilitation;  Compensation and benefits administration;  Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and  In addition to these, may perform other duties as assigned and required.

Coordinate the implementation of services, policies, and programs; in line with HR services direction.
