    Process For Recruitment

    The recruitment process

    1) Get Job description from US office2) Get number of resources to be Hired in a job category

    3) Place a advertisement on Naukri.com4) Refresh our advertisement on Naukri.com

    5) Talk to consultants

    6) Check emails forwarded at HR account

    7) Move emails in relevant folders according to job category

    8) Download Resume9) Examine the resumes for relevance

    10) Setup all interviews for Ist round & IInd round.

    11) Points of relevance include

    Numbers of year of experience

    Total experience in java or relevant technology

    Current and past roles played in projects

    Company working with

    How frequently changing the job (if changing jobs in less than six months reject the

    candidate)

    Current CTC

    Location

    If required take help from technical team to finalize resumes

    12) Call final set of resumes to identify interest level and convince them to come to office to take upthe technical test and face technical interview.

    In case Candidate is not willing to come to office, with help of technical Team conduct technical

    Interview over phone.

    Take feedback from technical team to close on the candidate.

    Ask for references of prospective candidates

    Any opened Case should be closed within 2 weeks time.

    13) Update excel sheet and Send a report to USA office to conduct final technical and HR round with

    candidate.

    14) Get feedback from USA office and date of joining of finalized candidates.15) Ensure Offer letter has been forwarded to finalized candidates and a copy is returned by them duly

    signed.

    16) Ask for references from short listed Candidates and follow with them to make sure that they arejoining on the Date of joining given by them.

    17) Calculate the salary of all employees for the month.

    Note

    Step 5-12 will happen on daily Basis.

    Its a responsibility of HR to coordinate with technical team to finish technical round of interview. HR will

    follow up with technical team to ensure that technical interviews are conducted on time.

    Orientation Process For New Employees

    1) Maintain a file for each candidate.

    A file should include following documents at the time of Joining

    1) A copy of resume

    2) A copy of duly signed Offer letter

    3) Experience certificates of previous jobs

    4) Salary statement of last salary drawn.

    5) 2 Passport Size Photographs6) Copies of Degrees and Education Certificates

    7) Contact Information: Home Phone, Cell, Permanent Residence

    8) Emergency Contact: phone, address.

    2) The candidate needs to sign a non-disclosure agreement on very first Day.NDA should be filed in file without miss

    3) Brief the person On organization and introduce him/her to manager

    4) Manager need to brief the employee about project and introduce him/her to team

    5) Manager needs to define a 7-day training program for employee.

    and learning skill.

    Day5 Basic training on XMLDay6 Basic Training on JDOM Review the person for logic

    and learning skills

    Day7 Introduction to Charting API

    Introduction to ethics, coding practice,documentation

    Discuss Database schema with person

    Handover a list of dos and

    donts

    We need a training room

    Training Tool Kit need to be prepared and handed over to HR

    At end of week we will have a strong idea on knowledge and capability of person and we can get rid of

    person within a week in case he/she does not fits in our criteria.

    Internal Trainings

    We can also conduct weekly 2 hrs training program with existing resource pool as well. It will motivate

    them to stay with us for longer period and quench their thirst to learn newer technologies. By doing so we

    will be able to lift team skill to a higher level.

    Resource Involvement.

    We can hire one person for training, which that can be optimal solution for internal trainings and new

    employee trainings.
