HR Project Officer LIONS@springwood are looking to appoint a HR Project Officer for a contract role. The HR Project Officer will work closely with management and be responsible for developing and implementing people management processes to LIONS@springwood. This is a contract role for 6 months and key responsibilities include;

• Project manage the development and implementation of HR systems of including induction, rostering and payroll purpose.

• Review and update all employee related policies, forms and processes including; recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee contracts.

• Run weekly payroll for employees.

• Coaching managers on system requirements and training on the usages of all HR related processes.

We’re looking for an excellent communicator and project manager. A thorough understanding and experience of HR, ER and award interpretation is essential. Ideally the successful candidate will be degree qualified and experience in hospitality highly regarded.
