Virtual HR Assistance
Remote support for employees located anywhere

email, we provide you and your employees access to an Advisor who understands the differing needs in
various geographic locations. Regularly established hours give even overseas employees easy access to
responsive, knowledgeable help. Employers often combine this service with our Employee Benefit Center — a

Payroll
Streamlined, accountable and compliant
Our staff and systems are ideal when your accounting department needs extra resources. Your dedicated
Advisor will keep accurate records, calculate your payroll (including deductions and applicable taxes)
distribute checks and answer employee questions. We can use your existing payroll service, recommend
a new provider, or develop an RFP to solicit proposals from vendors. Other services include check
stuffing, W2 and 1099 processing, and management reporting.
COBRA Administration
Easing the transition, ensuring compliance
When an employee joins or leaves, we will ensure that COBRA regulations are met. New employees will
receive their Initial Rights Notice and departing employees will receive a Continuing Benefits package. We
will ensure that participants are sent appropritate Open Enrollment materials, keep track of your paperwork
and keep you up to date on applicable COBRA laws and regulations.
Exit Interviews
