But we weren’t 100% confident in setting up

there.

It’s a small (ish but growing) population.

It’s out of the way.

We have an Abson Coach living in Ellenbrook Meet Cindy…. (don’t tell her we

used this picture)

In March 2015, Cindy agreed to turn

her home garage into a studio

The only person we really new in Ellenbrook was Hayley’s Cousin, Kylie of

KDD Conveyancing.

Kylie is also Nat Fyfe’s Cousin

Kylie agreed to spruik us to her friends and colleagues.

It was time to find a new venue with lights and shelter.

It took 2 x weeks of negotiations and some interesting paperwork, but they eventually agreed to us using their facilities.

A Client told me she had a friend that was married to a guy called Rod that owned a .

She signed the lease, paid the deposit.
