HOW WAS ICE-CREAM INVENTED?
There is no particular reason why ice- cream was invented, but in cold countries
people flavored snow with honey and berries. Snow was also shipped to warmer
countries to be enjoyed. It has been around since 2000 BC Mesopotamia, but it was Arabian people who first added milk
to the mixture. Ice-cream is now considered a summer time snack! YUM!
Ice Cream was first introduced to Europe in the 13th century but did not arrive in England until the 17th century.
