By setting your privacy setting to ‘Visible’, Employers will be able to find
you through the ‘Find Candidates’ functionality.
Don’t worry, we won’t share your Resume or contact details.

Privacy
If you want Employers to find you on the jobactive website, you need to set your
privacy to one of the ‘Visible’ settings. Employers looking for staff on the jobactive
website will be able to see if you have the skills they are looking for and get in touch
with you via the website. By selecting one of the ‘Visible’ privacy settings you can
share your Career Profile with potential employers or other third party organisations.
Job Alerts
We’ll send jobs that match your Employment Directions preferences directly to you.
Just choose whether you’d like to receive them by email or to your jobactive inbox
and how often you want to receive the alerts.
Occupations
Choose the occupation you’re interested in. First select the industry and then select
the Occupation/s that most suit you. You can set up 10 occupations across multiple
industries.

sent to you via your Job Alerts. You can select up to three locations. If you’re
searching across a wide area, select one of the ‘All’ options, e.g. NSW (ALL).

Tenure types
Choose whether you’d like to work Full time, Part time or Casual. Sometimes Part
time or Casual jobs can lead to Full time employment.

traineeship. You can also let Employers know if you are willing to relocate for work,
or take a Fly in – Fly out job.
