The sent folder can hold up to 2GB of data at most. In order to check the size and space, the user needs to go to their Outlook Express store folder and check the Sent Items.dbx file's size.
Now the user can move messages from the Sent Items folder to another folder in Outlook express.
Just make sure that the user has compact the folders manually after moving the messages.
3. Now, rename the corrupt Outbox.dbx file.
The user has to open their Outlook express store folder in Windows Explorer browser with Outlook express closed. Rename the Outbox.dbx file to Outbox.old.
