How to remove Windows 10 Upgrade System Tray Icon

STEP 1:

• Go to Control panel

STEP 2:

• Open Windows Updates and Then Click “Installed Updates” on the left.

STEP 3:

• Search for “KB3035583” in Search bar. (note. You need to enter “KB3035583” to search it )

STEP 4:

• Double click on that Update

• you've asked if you want to uninstall the update.

• Click YES

DEMONSTRATION

• Now, it should remove windows upgrade notification but if you’ve set automatic download and install windows updates, it may come back again .

• Its recommended to change windows update setting to Check for update but let me choose whether to download and install them.

• So that you will be able to chose particular updates you want to install.

• Note.: Removing update will also stop you from getting notifications upon windows 10 release.
