how to make silver & turquoise dangle earrings

Ashly of Ash Ann Jewelry designed this tutorial for gorgeous dangle earrings for us. Take these steps and make your own! Materials Needed: • 4 rounded silver headpins • 2 small turquoise beads • 4 small silver jump rings • 2 silver ear hooks • 24 silver pieces of chain total and in sizes of chain links as follows: 4, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 17 (two of each) • flat nose pliers • wire cutters • round nose pliers Step 1: Thread one of the 8, 10, 12, 14, and 17-link chains onto a headpin as shown. Step 2: Trim the headpin, leaving enough length for a loop that mirrors the one at the other end of the pin. Step 3: Use round nose pliers to curl the end of the headpin into a loop. Step 4: Connect a jump ring to each end. Step 5: Connect the 7-link chains to both small jump rings. Step 6: Place one turquoise bead onto a new headpin. Step 7: Trim the headpin leaving enough length to create a medium-sized loop. Step 8: Curl the headpin with a squared bottom. Step 9: Connect one of the 7-link chains to the headpin. Step 10: Attach on 4-link chain to the headpin. Step 11: Connect the other 7-link chain to the headpin and close it. Step 12: Attach the whole piece to a silver ear wire and adjust as necessary.TRANSCRIPT
