How to Find and Unblock/Whitelist emails from TheoTrade in
MSN, Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo Mail, Ymail, and Outlook
IMPORTANT: If you have any of the following as your email providers, they are notorious for accidentally blocking good emails. If that’s the case, you may have to find and unblock/whitelist this email (instructions for each below):
Unblock a sender in Windows Live Mail and Windows Mail MSN
1. Get to Junk E-Mail Options. In Windows Live Mail, choose Actions→Junk E-Mail→Safety Options.
2. Click the Blocked Senders tab. 3. Select the user ([email protected]) you want to unblock. 4. Click the Remove button. 5. Click OK.
Unblock a sender in Windows Live Hotmail
To unblock a sender in WindowsLiveHotmail:
1. Select Options | More options… from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar (or just Options if you use the classic version).
2. Follow the Safe and blocked senders link under Preventing junk email. 3. Click Blocked senders. 4. Highlight the address you want to remove ([email protected]) under Block
SenderList 5. Click << Remove from list.
Unblock a sender in AOL
1. Log into your AOL Mail account with your username and password. 2. Click on the "Settings" link in the top right corner of the window. 3. Select the "Spam settings" link in the left pane. You will be presented with a list
of the email addresses and domain names you have added to your block list in the "Block mail from addresses I specify" under the "Sender filter" section.
4. Highlight any addresses and domain names you want to remove from the list individually ([email protected]), and then press, "Delete" on your keyboard.
5. Click on "Save" in the top right corner of the window to save the changes you've made, and then click "Check mail" to return to your inbox.

Unblock A Sender in Ymail and Yahoo Mail
1. Log in to your Yahoo account, click the gear icon and choose "Mail Options" from the menu.
2. Click "Blocked Addresses" in the navigation pane at the left, under "Advanced Options."
3. Select the email address of the contact that you wish to unblock ([email protected]) and click the icon that resembles a trash bin to remove the email address from the Blocked Addresses list. The contact is unblocked immediately.
4. Click "Inbox" near the top to return to the Inbox folder.
Unblock a Sender in Outlook Mail on the Web
To unblock an address and re-allow a blocked sender in Outlook Mail on the Web
1. Click the settings gear icon (��) in Outlook Mail on the Web. 2. Select Options from the menu that has appeared. 3. Go to the Mail | Junk email | Blocked senders category under Options. 4. Highlight the address or domain name you want to remove
([email protected]) under Blocked senders. o You can highlight more than one entry at once: hold down Ctrl (Windows,
Linux) or Command (Mac) to add and remove from the selection, and hold down Shift to select a range.
5. Click the Remove trashcan icon (�).
Unblock From the Junk Email Options in the Outlook application
1. Launch Microsoft Outlook. 2. Click "Junk" under the Delete heading on the "Home" tab of the program's main
menu Ribbon. 3. Click "Junk Email Options" from the context menu, then click the "Safe Senders"
tab. 4. Click "Add." Enter the full email address of the sender that you want to unblock
([email protected]) and include in the Safe Sender list into the input field. You can also add an email domain, which is the part of the email address following the "@" symbol. This adds all email addresses that include this domain to the Safe Sender list.
5. Click the "OK" button to save your changes.

Unblock From the Junk Email Folder in Outlook
1. Launch Microsoft Outlook. 2. Click the "Mail" tab in the left navigation pane. 3. Click the Junk Email folder in the folder list for the relevant email account. 4. Right-click an email from the sender that you want to unblock
([email protected]). 5. Click "Junk Email" from the drop-down menu, then click "Add Sender to Safe
Senders List" from the context menu. This unblocks the email address so that emails from this address will display in your email inbox again.
