    Hablar de mi training y como fui invitada a formar parte de la estructuracion de los modulos en Cincy.Designing training modules involves creating a package of material about a specific subject or activity from which people can learn. In some cases, it may involve providing a framework and content which others can use to teach that subject. It's important to be clear who your module is for. *******Un objetivo es definido como un fin hacia el cual un esfuerzo es dirigido.Una meta es un objetivo educacional amplio, mientras que un objetivo es definido como algo que se puede medir y es especifico .Al escribir un objetivo tengan en cuenta las siguientes preguntas: que sea especifico y medible: por ejemplo Quien ,hara, cuanto, o cuan bien, sobre que? , en que tiempo. Usar verbos que esten abiertos a a pocas interpretaciones. (ie enlistar o demostrar) versus algo menos especifico como conocer.

    ****General needs assessment: the difference between the ideal approach and the current approach.(enfoque)**Faculty Member Person responsible for the basic structure of the module, providing and assessing pertinent content knowledge information. This person would be an expert in the topic that will be discussed. He/She is responsible for adding up to date material, evidence based information and reviewing that all the information provided is clean and targeted to the audience (student, other faculty members, etc.). Generally speaking a good way of starting to gather information is to review the content specifications from the Board (ie. Board of Pediatrics) and then developing the necessary materials the student will need to become successful in the test. This person also develops an evaluation form to assess what has been learned. The evaluation form can be also constructed with the help of the Education Technician. 2.Education Technician-This person will be responsible for getting the information that the Faculty member developed and transform it into an easy-to-read, suitable material. Technically speaking: making it appealing (atractivo) for learning. This person will be adding material that supports the information: visuals (videos, pictures) that better depict what is intended to be learned. This person can also be present during the pilot session gathering information about students reactions, comments, and then transforming this into a better module.3.Education Specialist-This person masters the curriculum development and will be responsible for clearly designing the objectives of the modules. She works hand by hand with the technician and faculty member to develop specific objectives that can be measured in the future. Once an evaluation form has been developed the specialist can evaluate if each of the questions measure what is intended to be learned. At least 3 questions for each objective. The Education Specialist helps in validating the evaluation form (Face validity).4.Statistician-This person identifies methods and procedures to be taken to measure the outcome. Analyzes and interprets data and gives recommendations. 5.Pilot Group- This group can be composed of students or faculty members and serves as a preliminary resource (recurso) in testing the module. Members can participate in focus groups were the faculty member, education specialist and technician listen carefully to recommendations on how to improve the module. Ideally the pilot group will test the module 1 -2 months prior to the release of the final version.

The rest of the committee will analyze if there are any other changes needed to be addressed before wrapping up and getting ready for the next year/session.
