How to Connect to Server

Please follow the instructions below to log into server. The yellow highlight will be

the mouse cursor.

1. Login using remote desktop application.

2. Click connect on the remote desktop screen.

3. Click use another account.

4. Type in username and password. Username is same as printer.

Password is ppg@ + printer password.

5. Click ok or press enter key to log in.

Manulife Diamond View illustration is not compatible with the remote server, so it

must be used on the local computer. You can only use internet explorer on the

server.

To switch to local computer from server, you can click the "X" on the blue tray above

if you want to keep your current session active. You can also use the disconnect

option on the log off menu.

You can also log off if you are done with your session on the server.

To print, you must set the colour to black/white, unless you have colour print

privilege. You also have to make sure the default printer is the Sharp MX-5141-N.

1. Click printer properties

2. Click on the Color tab

3. Make sure the black and white options are checked, then press ok.

4. You will be now be able to print.

Please make sure to log off or disconnect from your session when you are done.

Do not leave any files on the local computer.
