• Always state things in the positive.

• Instead of saying you don't feel well or are exhausted, say, “I could use more energy right now,” and “Once I’m fit and healthy again, I’ll be great!”

Remove doubtful expressions and the word “hate” from your vocabulary.• Instead of saying things like, “I hate it when

this happens,” go for saying what you would prefer or would want to happen.

Wake up with the resolve to be happy during the day, and end each day by being thankful.• Actively engage in small things that keep you
