PITCH

Who are you? What do you do?

• 7-17 words • Focus on ‘why’ • = Handshake Intro • Try to find a ‘hook’

1OPENING

We empower people to live independently & healthy using convenient technology.

Who do you help? • Primary users or customers

2TARGET GROUP

Because it’s hard to reach the senior ‘direct-to-consumer,’ we focus in the first phase on senior care providers.

What is primary users’ or customer’s main pain?

• Or ‘opportunity’

3MAIN PAIN

Senior care providers don’t have enough staff, they have to cope with more demanding clients and they want to grow their client base.

What is your painkiller for your primary users’ or customers’ main pain?

4PAINKILLER

We offer a mobile platform with easy access to a range of qualified services that acts as a ‘front-office’ for the clients of senior care providers.

What are your top benefits that your painkiller delivers?

• Quantifiable

5BENEFITS

With our solution senior care providers work 30% more efficient and are able to triple their client base by going outside their facility into home care.

6SECRET SAUCE

What is your ‘secret sauce’ that makes your painkiller possible?

• Key IP • Competitive advantage

Cubigo offers a superior and consistent user interface that is older adult friendly and available on every hardware platform.

How do you make money? • What are the ‘business drivers’? • How do you ‘move the needles’?

7BUSINESS MODEL

We have a recurring business model: the provider pays a monthly fee per client. We upsell these clients with new services directly via the platform. Due to the ageing of the population, our potential market will grow 5% per year.

Who is doing it? • Add ‘unique capabilities’

8TEAM

We have a multi-disciplinary, international team, located in Europe and the USA. My co-founder is a general practitioner with more than 20 years of experience with elderly care.

What have you already achieved? • Company stage? • What’s been invested so far? From whom? • How much are you seeking to raise? When? • What will those funds be used for?

9ACHIEVEMENTS

We raised 750k dollars angel money to build the product and we went out of beta 1 year ago. We have more than 13.000 registered users and we built an R&D lab in Europe with over 30 projects in various domains of elderly care. We won the Belgian Award for Technology & Innovation in 2013 and we launched recently 3 pilot projects in the USA.

Call to action • “Talk to us if you want to know more”
