• So many people strive to achieve success in life, often searching from place to place the secret formula to success. But the truth is, there's no secret formula.

• Success in anything in life has two fundamental aspects – Effort and persistency. Achieving exponential results requires a great amount of extra Effort.



• The problem most people have is they like to consume a lot, read a lot of books, listen to motivational tapes, and take courses in leadership and team building. But forget to take Action. It’s impossible to grow without taking continuous action.





• In network marketing or any business, it’s great to learn, you cannot grow without acquiring new skills. But growing and having success in life requires that you put what you learn into action and implement it.

• And sometimes we do that and reach our goals, build a team and end up getting stuck in one position, without moving forward or backwards. Thus, having no growth.



• The important question we forget to ask ourselves is why do I want to reach my goal? What do I do when I reach my goal? Because if you don't know what happens when you reach your goal, you’re going to be stuck at your attained goal with no real progress.





• In this presentation, I want to show how you can get unstuck and grow your business by not just building a team but a multimillion dollar dynasty.

1. Set your Goal and Figure out your Purpose in Life.

• The first thing you need to do is set a goal, figure out where you want to be and why you want to be there in the first place. You have to have a reason that is going to keep you moving even after you hit your goal.



• And it’s not just about making the money, you have to have something deeper than that. Why did you choose network marketing or your chosen field? You have to know the why.





• One of the reasons people make a lot of money and waste it all or find themselves getting broke again, is because they had no deeper purpose than making the money. You have to figure out what your purpose in life is.





• Once you've figured that out, making that money and hitting your goal will make it easy for you to pursue your purpose in life. That's what will keep you moving forward and creating more greatness in life. It will help you be more creative, focused and recruit more people.





2. Be committed to your work and purpose.

• Why do you enter into any activity with anything but a commitment to achieve your objective? Most people think that having the desire to do something is enough to get them to the top. It shouldn't just be a desire but a commitment.



• If you’re not committed to you achieving your objective, trust me your team will see that and it will bounce off of them. You have to show commitment to your team, you have to be the example that they're going to have to follow.



• Remember your trying to turn your team into a dynasty. Be persistent and show additional action in your continual application of effort to whatever activity you undertake, in order to not only achieve your objective but also to reap exponential rewards.



• Sometimes the rewards will be immediate, sometimes they show after sometime. But with commitment and continual effort, there will always be great results.





3. Learn to be of Service to other People.

• Have you noticed that people usually don't care about what you’re selling or offering, until they know that you care? You have to care about your team, show them that you invested in their well-being and success.



• Focus on seeing them succeed coz their success is your success. In return they will be of great service to your customers and ensure that your care and attention is reflected back into their work.





• We love it when someone shows extra attention to us. Always ask yourself: How can I be of service to someone else? How can I add value to someone else's life? When you learn to be of service and provide content that adds value to other people's lives.

• People will notice and they will start to seek you out. They will want to be loyal and be part of what you’re building.



4. You must have Perseverance.

• As we all know building a business is not an easy task. There will always be moments of great trial, when it seems like everything is going against you and trying to crush you down.

• This is the time for you to make sure that you hold the faith. You have to stand strong and be the leader that everyone looks to hold the fort down, emphasize that your team is as one.



• Keep your people focused on their objectives. Be in command but always be open to suggestions and ask for your team's input. In situations like this when growing a business, it’s crucial to celebrate even the little successes. Because growing a great business is not just one big success, its perseverance plus all the little achievements put together.



5. Create a Home base.

• In building a dynasty, you have to create a place where the people that join your business go to do their first track steps without asking questions all the time. This is where they can find seminars, recordings and any other information that they need.



• If you don't create that place, it can be overwhelming having to pick the phone answering questions from everyone on your team. Make it a safe place to learn and easy to navigate.

• This will help you focus on other aspects of growing your business, instead of tending to every small problem.



6. Establish you’re Front-line.

• You can’t wear all the hats and do everything yourself. There must be a group of people who are going to carry the vision of your team and help you carry the message across.

• You need a group of people who will support you and help oversee the small details of your business. I like to call them your generals, they help run the business smoothly.



• You can build a dynasty as long as you remain focused, persistent and committed to what you’re doing. You have to have the belief and attitude that you can make it happen.

• At the end of the day, it doesn't matter how you’re dressed or how much education you have. The difference between success and failure is how you think.



• So Think Right, think towards success! Have an "I can do it" attitude. And the rest will be history.
