How to Build a Chapter Profile
Use your chapter profile to promote your group and activities
Online Chapter Directory
One of the benefits of a Chapter Membership is a listing in the Online Chapter Directory – the Society’s resource for members and website visitors to find local chapters in the United States and around the world.

Active Chapters are automatically listed in the Online Chapter Directory on our brand new website and the Chapter President has the power to customize the information that is displayed to promote the Chapter.
How to Build a Chapter Profile
Step 1: The Chapter President should visit www.DecorativePainters.org and sign into his/her online member account. If this is your first time logging in, you must set a password to successfully access your account. To do this, on the “Sign In” page enter your email and the select “I don’t know my password”.

Step 2: Once logged in, find and select the Chapter profile in the Chapter Directory. Find the Chapter Directory by hovering the mouse over the “Chapter” main navigation menu item and then selecting “Find a Chapter”.

Step 3: You are now viewing the Chapter’s private profile that includes some chapter information. Click the pencil icon in the respective profile areas to add the following information, all of which appears on the public profile: Picture/Logo, Founding Date, Meeting Locations, Chapter Website, Social Media.

Step 4: Click the “Save” button to save the information.

Step 5: After you’ve updated your profile, select the “Public Profile” button to view how the public Chapter profile now appears.
