                          Yea I said it.And I mean it.Do not allow this man to call your leads or anyone else to. Now,I want to take the point of this message of this post seriously.I’m not coming at my man Ray. I love what he does to the game.With out him I wouldn’t even be blogging and on my way tothe top and to a better and more exciting life. And I wanna bejust like him. He’s my inspiration in this game,my model,himand a whole lot of names out there in the Internet-NetworkMarketing game. He taught me that we have to call our leads.Cause if we don’t the next man will. It doesn’t matter if thatnext man is better than you or not. The fact that he’s makinga human connection and putting a voice behind the website,an even better way for people to relate to,get there questionsasked and start to build a relationship. If you don’t call the nexttime your lead is online,he’s gonna fill out someone else form.And guess what?? You lost your chance.

I forget what webinar that I was looking at but Ray said “Youbetter call your leads I will”. I don’t want him calling my leads.He’s dangerous, unless he’s on my team and we’re doing aJV,I’m not not gonna give him a chance. Yea, I’m gonna alwayssend my leads to his page, to his training,to his products. AndI do it all the time with all the leaders in this game. That’swhat they’re there for. To be leveraged. They Provide so muchvalue to our industry that it’s insane. And i know they’re justscratching the surface. I can’t wait to see what they gonna giveus next.

Don’t slip and think that your auto responders will doall the work for you. Don’t rely on company videos andawesome websites and leverage. People love to be noticed andappreciated. People love attention and love. So yea, make loveto your leads!!! Call them right after you read this.

And Always remember theseprinciples whenever you talk toANYBODY!!

1. Don’t criticize,condemn or complain2. Give honest,sincere appreciation3. Arouse in the other person an eager

want.4. Become genuinely interested in other

people5. Smile6. Remember that a person’s name is to

that person the sweetest and mostimportant sound in any language

7. Be a good listener. Encourage othersto talk about themselves

8. Talk in terms of the other person’sinterests

9. Make the other person feel important-and do it sincerely

Ray, I wanna thank you for teaching me so much in this game.You don’t know what kind of an impact you made on me. Iremember the first time I tested you using your app and repliedright back with-in minutes. And you’re so fast in your responsewith your Facebook and email. Keeping Things SimpleWithout going into the specifics of your company’scompensation plan or structure, be it top-tier direct sales ortraditional multi-level marketing… your business is about 3things:

1. Recruiting customers or teammates

2. Duplicating the effort in your team

3. Retaining your customers and teammates

Traditional network marketing compensation plan rewardsdepth and long term profitability through MANY people,while top-tier direct sales yield bigger commissions with fewerpeople (and we’re seeing more focus on depth / residualbonuses from top-tier companies as we speak)…

But those three things I mentioned above remain the same.

It’s More Than Just TrafficGetting access to more traffic is essential.

But to able to make sure the traffic converts into a sustainableteam of business owners is the natural next step to consider.

Basically, the three main activities we go through in thisindustry are:

1. Talk to people

2. Send them to a simple message

3. Enroll/sponsor them

Traffic and Lead Generation (SEO, PPC, social media, offlineface-to-face, radio, warm market, etc.) are part of step 1.

Step 2 and 3 are where the biggest monetization happens, andit should be where you invest 80% of your time!

We also went over our proprietary prospect rating system inthe last webinar (watch it again if you need to) which will helpyou determine who you should be talking to at different stagesof your business.

Explosive Duplication Hinges UponThisThe speed of your business growth is directly proportional tothe level of the leadership in your team.

The level of your leadership in your team comes fromLEADING BY EXAMPLE.

And YOU are the most important leader in your team.

Tools will help and systems will make things a bit easier …

And when you get new people who wanna get their toes wet. Bea coach,bring them up to the level where they can be trustedwith any and all task. School them to what they are about toget into to. Show them the books,the videos and walk themthrough it. Beware of getting sidetracked too much. keep theend goal in mind at all times.

We’re in this game to make money. To live a better life, torise up.I’m not meaning to devalue anyone, but going afterthe easy people is to easy. You really wont get the rewardthat you’re seeking. It’s actually easier going after peoplethat are successful already. They can see a good opportunity.Successful people will be more open to make more money andthey already know how put it in the work because they alreadyhave a good work ethic.

If you go after broke people all you gonna do is end up beingbroke. Point blank. If you go after people with a broke,povertymindset it will be close to impossible to succeed in this game.On the other hand (yea you got it) When you start going afterpeople who are successful, not only will you succeed faster andat a higher percentage, you will learn something along the way.

How do you feel about your competitors?

You say.”I have a great relationship with my competitors.”Right,if you needed $50,000 or your business will fold,Iguarantee you friend the competitor would send you bonvoyage not.

Get real. Competitors may talk to you,and they may evenappear to help you – but ask them your business were dead oralive,I’m betting on the funeral home.

Friendly competition – there’s a good one. “Now let’s play fair.I got the last sale,so you can have this one.” My butt. friendlycompetition is kindly like friendly snakes. They’ll turn on youin a heart beat,and it’s real tricky to tell the difference betweenthe poisonous ones and the safe ones.

Competition is a lot like an unknown snake. Potentiallypoisonous,not someone you want to get real close to,it’s best toknow all can about them, respect em,and always carry a snakebit kit with you – just in case.

Facts about the competition and their feelings about you:

• Some are OK

• Some will co-operate

• Some are ethical

• Some like competition

• Some will like you

• Some will trade business with you

• Some will help you Some won’t. most don’t like you

How to deal with competition

• Know where they stand in the market

• Know who their customers are

• Are they taking business from you,or are you takingbusiness from them?

• Get every piece of their information(sales,literature,brochure)

• Get their prices

• Shop them every quarter. Know how they sell and whatthey feature

• Identify where they are weaker than you and play on it

• Learn where they are stronger and fix it. IMMEDIATELY

When you are up against competition on a sales call

• Never say anything bad about them,even if the prospectdoes

• Praise them for worthy competition

• Show them respect

• Show them how you differ – how your benefits are better

• Stress your strengths not their weaknesses

• Show a testimonial from a customer who switched to you

• maintain your ethics of professionalism at all times –even if it means biting your tongue until it bleeds

My friend, Jim Collins, president of Leasing Legends,somehow obtained a sweatshirt imprinted with the name of hisfiercest competitor. It hangs on the wall over his copy machinewhere everyone can see it. It has a sign next to it in bold print“THE ENEMY“

Collins has a relationship with his competitor. They speak onthe phone; They meet and talk at trade shows. But the realityof it is Collins wishes they were out of business, and vice versa.

And for those of you getting ready to write me one of those“there’s plenty of room for everyone” letters. Suppose therewasn’t. Suppose there was only room for two businesses tosurvive in a market, and there were three businesses out there.Still going to write me?

I suggest you get back and mind the the store as though it weretrue.
