Marriages are made in heaven but it is celebrated on the earth. Every

young marriageable youth dreams of a perfect wedding with royal

decoration, comfortable arrangements and yummy food. Everyone

wants to make his or her life changing occasion a memorable one. I was

no exception. I was waiting for my dream girl and dreaming of a

marriage which would be royal and fascinating.

Once I had visited Jaipur to attend wedding ceremony of my Rajasthani

friend. What a marriage it was! The parents of the bride have arranged

all marriage ceremonies in a marriage garden in Jaipur- a lush

green sprawling land. Both parties were agreed to the theme of

Rajputana Royal Wedding with elephants, horses and sword hanging

gatekeepers. All arrangements were professionally done by a team of

wedding planners who ensured that every arrangement is done

beautifully and timely.

That marriage produced a craving inside me that whenever my marriage

would happen, I would make sure that it would be heavenly- well-

arranged, exotic and memorable. And it will be in Jaipur.

Why only Jaipur? Because in India Jaipur is a preferred wedding

destination which is affordable and royal. There are a number of

marriage gardens in Jaipur which fascinate middle class for their

wedding. Indian wedding comprises of ceremonies like Mehdi, Shaadi,

Reception and Bidai and the friends and family took part in all the

functions with zeal and fervor. It is a very emotional and once in a

lifetime occasion. Many guests come to attend the ceremonies and

arrangements have to make keeping in view their comfort and ease.

But alas! That did not occur. Yes, my marriage happened in a grand royal

way but it was arranged in the suburb of Delhi. The bride side were from

north of India and were not comfortable to go to Jaipur. They hired a

professional wedding planner. He arranged for a big green lush

garden, decorated it like a Palace with sprawling garden. There were

games and foods for children. So I did not miss the Jaipur Garden.

And I fulfilled my dream by starting Green Palms Marriage Gardens and

Wedding Planners in Jaipur. Now I arrange royal weddings at my

sprawling gardens and lawn of many couples every year.
