Dear Participant,

Listed here are the special IGCC room rates for del-egate stay at the Conference and Partner hotels.

The booking should be made directly with the hotel concerned, giving the reference “IGCC Block” (rates indicated are only applicable for direct booking and not through a travel agent or third party. Government taxes indicated are current and subject to change).

When booking, please also give the hotel your flight arrival and departure details so that they can arrange your airport transfers. The hotel will then directly send you a confirmation with the relevant terms and condi-tions.

Please ensure that you book early so as to avoid the disappointment of hotel room of your choice being “sold out”.

Since the conference takes place during the peak sea-son in India, please note that the rooms blocked by us under “IGCC Block” will be released after the “last date for booking” given by each hotel.

Rates in Euro are an indication based on an exchange rate of 1 Euro = INR 66. The rupee rate will be the basis of calculation.
