STEP1, 2

Please Follow the Steps Below1) Go to http://hot-lead-finder.software.informer.com and click on the ‘trustedDOWNLOAD’ button. If you already have the software installed you can go directly to Step 10

2) Click on the downloaded icon on your browser Download Bar or find file in the directory you selected


STEP3, 4

3) Open the zip �le by clicking on the ‘HP.air’ �le to initiate installation process

4) Click on Install button to start installation or follow the prompts for your operating system’s installation process


STEP5, 6

5) You might want to change the install location on your system to a location of your choice by clicking on the Installation Location search folder. When you have selected the path you desire, click on Continue button

6) Use the information provided to �ll in the Gmail and username. Click on ‘Register Your Email’button.


STEP7, 8

7) Next, you will need to open a new window and access the gmail account provided above. Youshould receive a con�rmation email to the Gmail account. Click on the link received in the email.

8) A new page in your browser should then open with text ‘veri�ed’ indicating that you can go back toyour other active browser window. Having received this page, you should now go back to the softwareand click OK


STEP9, 10

9) On the login prompt, enter the veri�ed Gmail and click on Login.

10) You’ll reach the Home screen which looks like the picture below.


STEP11, 12

11) You now need to make your Search Options selection. Select the search option provided using the drop-down box in the top left of your screen. Fill in the details requested underneath your selection using the information provided above. Note that details vary from option to option with the Directory 1 and Business Networking Site options being the most effective for this activity

12) ‘Directory 1’ Option: You need to enter search keyword, the city and select location from the pull down menu to start this search. ‘Search Email’ is checked by default, you may un-check it if emails are not required


STEP13, 14

13) Once you have entered the appropriate parameters using the information provided you can go to the command bar and click Search

Note: The command bar also consists of:1. Search/Stop button: Click to start and stop a search2 Pause button: Click to pause the search3. Clear All button: Click to clear everything and revert to Home Screen4. Export button: Explained in Point 13) of this document5. Import CSV: Click to import CSV format data

14) Once the report has completed you will need to tick all the boxes on the left side of the screen


STEP15, 16

15) Next, Click on the Set Filters button at the top of your screen

16) ‘Set Filters’ button: When you click on this button you have the option to select a number of parameters that you can apply to the search. Select the radio button that says ‘emails, websites, leads and address’ and then click on the ‘Apply Filters’ button to apply the selected filter settings.


STEP17, 18

17) Next, click on the Export button: Clicking the Export button opens a prompt as follows with two buttons for ‘CSV Export’ and ‘HP Export’. Click on the ‘CSV Export’ button. Note that only the selected (Ticked) results are exported.

18) Click on ‘Export CSV’ button to initiate the export.


STEP19, 20, 21

19) Save the �le to your computer as ‘Directory Search 1 – Business Name’ (where you will get the business name from the information provided above).

20) Send the �le ‘Directory Search 1 – Business Name’to me If you weren’t provided any LinkedIn sign in information your task is complete. If you have LinkedIn sign in credentials move on to the next setup

21) Once you have saved the first file you will change the Search Option at the top of your screen to the ‘Business Networking Site’ Option: You need to add a search keyword, select respective country from the pull down menu, select the respective city from the next pull down menu, enter postal code/zip code and click on Login.


STEP22, 23

22) Once you have clicked Login in the previous step you are redirected for login at LinkedIn. Use the information provided to enter LinkedIn email & password. Click ‘Sign In’. Upon successful login at LinkedIn, you’ll be taken back to Hot Lead Finder to initiate the search.

23) Once you have entered the appropriate parameters using the information provided you can go to the command bar and click the green Search button.


STEP24, 25

24) Once the report has completed you will need to tick all the boxes on the left side of the screen

25) Next, Click on the Set Filters button at the top of your screen

30) Email the �le ‘LinkedIn Search – Business Name’ to me
