Homology Modeling and Molecular Docking Workshop University of Fort Hare Alice Campus, Eastern Cape, South Africa (10 – 13 July 2017) NRF, Collaborative Postgraduate Training Program - Structural Bioinformatics Consortium for Drug Discovery (in collaboration between RU, NMMU, UFH, UL, UV) will be holding a workshop on homology modeling and molecular docking. The following programs/webservers will be used: Autodock, PyMol, Discovery Studio and PRIMO (https://primo.rubi.ru.ac.za/). The workshop is intended for a wide audience from MSc to Postdoctoral fellows in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology and related fields. There are limited spots available. Deadline for the application is 9 th of June 2017. Please apply at: https://rubi.ru.ac.za/apply. Funding is available for accommodation for one attendee per partner University (NMMU, UV, UL). The workshop will be given in collaboration with the Research Unit in Bioinformatics (RUBi), Rhodes University; by Mr Vuyani Moses, Dr Thommas Musyoka, Dr Bilal Nizami and Prof Özlem Tastan Bishop.
