Paloma

As exotic as it sounds, it tastes amazing too. All you need to do is

top a shot of tequila with grapefruit soda. You can also use

instead grapefruit juice, seltzer or syrup in place of the soda. For

garnishing you can do just anything with it, from a detailed

makeover you can go for simpler lemon wedge on your glass.

Cajun Martini

Pour a few ounces of vodka in the glass to accommodate

jalapeno in the glass for some 8 hours. Once done remove the

jalapeno and add dry vermouth to the same. Hold it and shake it

gently so that it mixes fine with tequila. Store it in the freezer and

garnish it with your favourite pickled vegetable.

House-made Zima
