  • 1.Classic Apple Pie Recipe from Rada Cutlery

2. Ingredients 5 C. peeled, thinly sliced apples (such as McIntosh) 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 T. flour 1/2 C. sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 C. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 3. Peel and thinly slice 5 cups of apples. 4. We recommend the Rada Cutlery Vegetable Peeler for this task. Find it at the Rada Kitchen Store. 5. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to keep your apples from browning. 6. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients and blend. 7. Pour over apples and stir until completely coated. 8. Put apple mixture into an unbaked pie shell, dotting with butter. 9. Put the top crust on, brush with some milk, and sprinkle with sugar. Cut slits into the top crust to bake thoroughly. 10.
