DiFabion Remodeling is happy to announce the arrival of two new members to the team!

Bruin Schafrath, AKA Bruno, is our newest Lead Carpenter. A born and bred proud Ohio native, Bruin eventually moved to Connecticut, where he refined his skills in “Olde Style Yankee” carpentry. Well-versed in the construction industry, Bruin has a deep knowledge of

planning and executing any type of project but continuously strives to learn new trades or a different way to build something. In his spare

time, Bruin enjoys mountain biking and his “side hustle,” making rustic wooden American flags. He and his lovely fiancée dedicate

their lives to rescuing dogs and even have a pack of their own.

Toni Mann is our new Project Developer. Originally from Minnesota, Toni migrated to the South in the early 80s and has degrees in

business administration and marketing. Toni is a seasoned veteran of the Charlotte remodeling industry with over 20 years of experience

in tile and stone, and another 10 years in flooring, granite, quartz, brick, and furniture. Her wealth of knowledge and engaging

personality are tremendous assets, as she guides our clients through the process of making a dream become reality. While trying to keep up with her spunky teenage daughter, Sophia, Toni and her fiancé

Robert have 3 loveable dogs and enjoy bowling, live music, traveling, and her newfound love of fishing.

The DiFabion Remodeling Team is grateful to have two new members with such distinguished and experienced backgrounds,

helping our family and yours for years to come!

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT

The existing kitchen was small and lacking in storage. The cabinetry left much to be desired and did little to accentuate the mid-century

modern bones of this home.

To bring life, improved function, and additional storage space to this kitchen, bumping out the front wall really helped to open the space and improve the flow. Crisp white cabinets and marble-look quartz

countertops provide a sleek and modern edge to the home. Pops of orange and turquoise speak to the mid-century era of this home. An entire bank of tall cabinetry provides plenty of storage for dry goods,

cleaning supplies, and mail/office organization.
