Ideal for weight management. I have a Nutrimeal shake if ever I am in a hurry and its ideal when I am traveling. Take the meal replacement shake power, with 400 ml of chilled water, and shake in a blender for a quick easy meal. I have written down 10 recipes that you will find easy to follow as I have used season fruits and vegetables along with herbs that you can buy locally. By taking low GI or glycemic shakes or meals you will feel that you don't feel hungry so fast and hence will not feel like picking on food or snacking. When you either eat less often or in smaller quantities you will find that you will start to see your weight come off. Ideal for controlling blood sugar spikes. So I hope you will benefit from these tips.

Raspberry Nutrimeal Smoothie

Ingredients 1 cup of raspberries

1 teaspoon of Fibergy Plus

3 Scoops of French Vanilla Nutrimeal

1 table spoon of coconut oil

400 ml of chilled water

Method:

• Take a cup full of fresh or frozen raspberries, A teaspoon of Fibergy Plus with the Nutrimeal meal replacement powder, Coconut oil with filtered water and place in blender.

• Blend into a smooth thick smoothie.

• Serve with crushed ice if you desire

Ingredients 6 chopped fresh strawberries

3 Scoops of French Vanilla Nutrimeal

6 almonds crushed into powder
