INTRODUCTION

The technique of uniting mind with body is called YOGA. The method of producing prana, the positive energy within the body is called PRANAYAMA. The ultimate way to attain relaxation from stress is called MEDITATION

OBJECTIVES

To discover the scientific effect of yoga, pranayama & meditation in human (Homo sapiens).To implement the positive effect of yoga, pranayama & meditation so as;to cure health problems & genetic diseases to improve the physical & mental conditionsto have peaceful & healthy mind.

OBSERVATION Example:1. YOGA stimulates the vagus nerve, which triggers the release of GABA in the brain. GABA (Gamma amino butyric acid) is a neurotransmitter, a chemical which controls signaling in the nervous system. GABA is inhibitory, reduces the neuron firing, and thus reduces anxiety level, increases tranquility& revitalization.

2. After meditation people were tranquil, calm & were experiencing inner happiness. They experienced positive energy in themselves, which proves that meditation lowers the stress. The scientific reason being, Meditation relaxes all nerves & blood flow drastically comes to balanced level.

Meditation plays an important role in having the balanced mental state & only those could donate to mother India. They all did meditate daily & grasped the positive energy within themselves & gave their life serving all. It showcases that the people develop self confidence gradually when they meditate; because of peacefulness the brain is getting sufficient energy.

We can completely rely on it, as it has no side effect, provided trained guru is available. It even cures many diseases such diabetes.
