It's that time of year again, is your staff prepared for the busy days
ahead?
'Tis the season that can make or break your restaurant business.
Follow these tips to ensure you make it through the holiday season each
year.
Plan ahead! A lot of restaurant owners begin planning the work
schedule of employees as early as Labor Day.
Ask employees to request time off at least 30 days in advance.
If you've been in operation for over a year, look back at the past holiday seasons to get an idea of what to
expect next time around. If you're lucky, you'll get even more
customers.
Over-scheduling is better than not having enough people on any given
shift.

Communication is key! Let employees know upfront about
