Ready, Aim, Fire!

• Our goal is to be hitting the mark on everything God has told us to do. Mt. 28:20; Jn. 14:15

• Sin means to miss the mark. • It goes against God. 1 Jn. 3:4; Mt. 12:30

• We want to hit the mark and shine as lights in the world! Phil. 2:15-16

Hitting Heaven

• Our ultimate goal is to go to heaven to be with God forever. Jn. 14:1-3

• This takes faith, hope, and love. 1 Cor. 13:13; Heb. 11:1, 6; Titus 1:2

• Believe God’s promises. Heb. 6:10-12

• It means keeping His commands. 1 Jn. 3:22; Rev. 22:14

Training

• Appetite for proper diet. Mt. 5:6; 1 Pet. 2:2; Heb. 5:12-14– Be like Jeremiah 15:16– Be a hearer and a doer of the word.

James 1:22-25

• Proper exercise makes us stronger and better. Jer. 9:24; 1 Tim. 4:7-8

Attitude Is The Key

• Be determined to keep on target. Phil. 2:12; 2 Pet. 1:5-11

• Don’t become discouraged. Gal. 6:9

• If troubled - pray. Phil. 4:6-8; 2:14
