Strategic Performance Management Systems (SPMS)

Highlights

Office Order creating the Performance Management Team (PMT) issued

Regional Performance Commitment Report (RPCR), the output of the small group composed of Regions 4, 5, 11, 12 & NCR was presented for comments.

The small group adopted the uniform rating scale for accomplishment of targets, quality/client satisfaction, and timeliness earlier determined by the PMT.

Performance Indicators/Targets: Only those that contribute or support the outcomes

that NNC aims to achieve shall be included in the Agency Performance Commitment Report (ACPR), i.e., measures that are relevant to NNC’s mandate, VMG, core functions and strategic priorities, MFOs (MBTF, MLAV)

APCR may also include functions that do not directly deliver goods and services to external clients but still contribute to the delivery of the agency’s MFOs through General Administration and Support (GAS) activities
