• Slight Millworking without Any Specific Surface Hardness

Must Observe Limited Duty CycleHigh-Speed Spindles Can Not Be Run Continously without Time for the Bearings

to Cool. Maximum Duty is 10 Minutes Running and 10 Minutes Cooling. Running

Outside of These Parameters Will Deteriorate Life Expectancy of the Speeder.

HSS Tool Change

• Can Be Automatically Tool Changed through Machine Tool Changer or Manually Tool Changed

• For Automatic Tool Change Applications, a Stop Block Must Be Purchased and Installed to Keep Torque Arm from Rotating

• Manual Tool Changed Speeders Require a Block or Pin to Secure the Hand Torque Arm from Rotating

Torque Arm:Holds the Spindle in Position/ Avoids the Twisting. Available in Machine Specific Design*, or in Benz Standard.
