The Arrival Upon arrival, once entering through our gates and driving down our beautiful main drive, guests will be

greeted warmly at the Mansion with passed drinks of your choice. This could include red wine, white wine, champagne, a signature cocktail, iced tea, lemonade, sparkling water, and so much more.

The Cocktail Hour In addition to passed cocktails as guests arrive, our servers will pass your selection of hors d’oeuvres

throughout the cocktail hour in the Mansion and on the back lawn. We will have a fully stocked premium bar and professional, well-trained bartenders and bar backs taking care of all of your guests. If you would like,

we can come up with a signature cocktail for your special day based on your preferences, or, we will be happy to serve one of your tried and true drinks as a specialty cocktail of the evening. During the cocktail hour, we will also set up elaborate displays for your selected cocktail hour stations, such as our Raw Bar or our Fine International and Domestic Cheese display. At the end of the cocktail hour, our Catering and Event Manager and staff will help to usher your guests into the reception tent and assist them with finding their tables as

your band or DJ gets the party started. Then, we will get you ready for your big entrance!

The Reception A champagne toast is included for each and every wedding here at Hamilton Farm and will be ready for your

guests as they enter our magnificent reception tent for a night of delicious food and great times! As your guests take their seats, our servers will promptly present them with red and white wine selections at their table as well as take any cocktail and non alcoholic beverage orders. We pride ourselves on providing an

above-industry-standard ratio of staff members to guests for every wedding here at the Club. Our staff will take care of all of your guests’ needs throughout dinner service until the end of the evening.

The Hamilton Farm Way Each and every bride and groom will have one of our captains assigned to them throughout the evening to make sure that nothing is wanted for. This server will help with every and any need from retrieving items needed from

your guest suite to making a special cocktail hour plate for just the two of you to share (you wouldn’t want to miss any of the amazing hors d’oeuvres you have chosen!) to ensuring you have a drink in your hand throughout the night. In addition to every mention above, the following services and amenities are included for every Hamilton

Although we happily work with wedding planners, you will not find a need for one for the services we provide are

all inclusive and take care of every detail in house. Our Catering and Event Manager as well as expertly trained staff will manage every detail for you; from your arrival, to the cutting of your cake, to ensuring that all of your gifts and

cake top make it to your car before departure that evening or the next morning. We strive to provide a seamless and stress free day for all of our couples.

part of your wedding, such as formal introductions, cake cutting, etc. please know that we will only do what you wish. Rest assured that if you choose to give us the honor of hosting your wedding, everything will be exactly as
