HELPLESS?

Is it not worthwhile reviewing if we are helplessly shackled in the cage of our body and the hormones and neurotransmitters therein?

Is it true that we (our intellectual, emotional, instinctual and physical behavior) helplessly get vacillated with the ups and downs of the hormones and the neurotransmitters?

Are we interested in getting freed from this helplessness? Are the

international laws and the national laws world over; conducive to such emancipation?

Are we aware of the necessity to create an intellectual, political, literary, artistic, informational and material environment conducive to such freedom?
