Helping HandsAll money placed in the enclosed envelopes will go directly to the Helping Hands ministry. This fund helps families from our church and community who are experiencing financial needs. Come join us for our monthly "Night of Prayer", Wednes- day, April 11th, 6:30pm in Room 100 (Wayland Sanctu- ary). This event occurs the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Come prepared to worship, give thanks and pray together. 2018 SPRING ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES

April 8th through June 3rd

Starting Point Class Location: Room 205 (East Room) Facilitator: Pastor Kris If you’re new to the Christian faith, new to the church, or simply want to be grounded in the Christian faith, then this class is for you.

Solo Connection Location Room 413 (Upstairs Saratoga) Facilitator: Gloria Walsh "The Kingdom, Power, and Glory" by Nancy Missler- Scripture tells us that we are to "prepare ourselves" for Christ's soon return.

Bible Expedition Location: Room 304 (CE downstairs) Facilitator – Pastor Steve Using author Jerry Bridges’ book “The Practice of Godliness”, we will learn how laying an inward foundation of God-centeredness will per-mit us to build an outward structure of godliness. Character formation will never be the same!

Challengers Location: Rm 416 (Upstairs Saratoga) Facilitator: Pastor Mich Michl Course Title: “Poverty Cure” DVD series: This series interviews political leaders, missionaries, renowned development experts, missions agen-cies and religious leaders, and helps the church to address the subject of human poverty by encouraging personal empowerment and respon-sibility, resulting in human flourishing.

Marriage Ministry Location: Room 414 (Upstairs Saratoga) Facilitators: Andersons, Wagners, Christensons “From Anger to Intimacy, (How Forgiveness can Transform Your Mar-riage”) by Dr. Gary Smalley and Ted Cunningham: Everyone experienc-es anger at one time or another...so how can you cope when it surfac-es and strengthen the connection between you and your spouse?

Thru the Bible: Location: Room 415 (Upstairs Saratoga) Facilitator: Jan Fekkes This class is an in-depth exploration of the background, setting, and contemporary application of God’s great story in Scripture, from Gene-sis to Revelation. This quarter we will be studying the Life and Letters of the Apostle Paul integrated with the Book of Acts. Teens welcome.
