Lakeville South Choirs Fall Pizza Fundraiser Information 1. Our Pizza Fundraiser will run end of August through September 18 th . 2. Due Date to turn in forms and money is Monday, September 19 th (at school) 3. Delivery for pizza is on Wednesday, October 5 th at 3:30. 4. PLEASE MAKE PLANS TO PICK UP YOUR PIZZA’S THAT DAY- No Exceptions 5. Pricing for Pizza’s is $10, $11, $12 -depending on the kind you order. (See pricing sheet for more details on the items) MAKE CHECKS TO LS CHOIRS 6. The pizzas are really good! They are great for busy families during the school year, spread the word through social media so that this fundraiser is a success! Heggies Pizza is out of Milaca, MN, so we are supporting a MN company! 7. Students in Lakeville South Choirs are selling pizza to raise money for the choir tour to Italy (this March), students not going on the tour can use fundraising monies for future trips (we travel every 2 years), choir apparel (t-shirts and sweatshirts) and for voice lesson tuition. 8.
