What is the Hedge?

Hedge – are the closely spaced plants creating alive, green wall approximately 2-3 meters in high.

Everybody knows about the bad ecology in our city. Sometimes we can tell that we don’t only feel the air, but sometimes we can tell that we see the air we inspire.

Mostly all the kindergardens in Almaty are situated near to the traffic roads.

And at 80 % cases - kindergardens have an open, metallic fence which let through all the dust, noise and slush of the street.

The Project ‘Hedge’ directed to create alive, green fence around the gardens of the kindergardens. It will not just improve the view of the gardens, but also protect children from the smell of burnings of the traffic roads and dust, and will reduce the noise of the cars.

Before and after

The main purpose of the project is the healthy

future of the healthy children! Not only volunteers can participate in that project, but also the 

parents of the children going in the kindergarden. Indeed the participation of the child in such activity will teach 

him to love the nature and ecology from a boy. As only life develops the life!
