Lindsey

I have known Lindsey her entire life. She started volunteering with me while she was in high school at any event I asked. From Ag Venture to helping out with whatever we needed done. Lindsey has one of those willing to help spirits. A great young lady. -Judy Bronson

Lindsey Sebring is one busy lady. And yes, the town of Sebring was founded by and named after her great-great-great grandfather George E. Sebring, who came to Florida from Sebring, Ohio, seeking a warmer climate for health reasons. According to Lindsey, he started in Wauchula them moved to Highlands County, purchasing a good deal of property around Lake Jackson. It was his idea to develop the community in a circular plan from which all roads would lead. His former home stood where the pier and public library now stand.

!ere are so many wonderful attributes that Lindsey possesses. She is so giving of her time and knowledge. Whether she is putting in endless hours at the fair helping with the livestock or being the go to girl at Glisson’s that has an answer for anything agriculture. Her passion, knowledge, and dedication to the agriculture industry have earned her respect and admiration from all who are fortunate and blessed to know her both personally and professionally. -Tobey Smoak
