EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)

• EAP is an employer-sponsored, systematic, and long-

term support and benefit program. It is designed to

assist employees and their family members in getting

help for mental and behavioral problems, so as to

improve the effective of the employees and the

organization.

• It generally includes counseling for employees and

their household members.

• Your spouse and children can use your employee ID.

• You can find your employee ID through searching your own profile in the company homepage inside unilever on your computer

This kind of referral needs case by case discussion between LM, HR and EAP counselor to make

ensure it’s within company policy

Employee will decide whether to use EAP. No

feedback will be provided to the LM

EAP will feedback whether the employee is using the

EAP. The case will be closed after the

employee’s emotion and performance get stabilized.
