There are certain rules you should follow to prevent accidents.

You should

Keep dangerous substances in places where young people can´t reach.

You should wash fruit before eating it.

At home you should follow certain rules:

Wash your hands before eating or after handling rubbish, this prevents infectious illnesses.

Children washing their hands.

Bacteria you have in your hands if you don´t wash them

• Wash fruit an vegetables before eating them.

• Store food in the fridge in sealed bags or containers to avoid infections

• Store dangerous substances such as alcohol, bleach, detergents, ammonia or cleaners in safe places, away from food to avoid poisoning.

Dangerous objets like knives scissors,hand blenders and drills should be stored out of the reach of young people to prevent accidents.

To estabish a schedule allows you to organise your time and prevents fatigue.

You can share experiences and develop your imagination.

In a group of friends you must listen to others and respect them.

Practising sports take the necessary precautions :all risk activities have to be done with and adult and wear helmets and protective pads when riding a bike or skating.

• It´s your duty to learn about road safety and follow the rules of the road on streets. Road safety will prevent accidents.

• Avoid consuming alcohol or tobacco because it is bad for your health and it is adictive. You should also avoid eating food with lots of sugar.

• Do creative activities.

• Be positive. Learn from your own mistakes.
