The 4 th Annual Health & Wellness Fair on Sunday, April 29, 11a – 3p @ the West Cook YMCA, draws hundreds of Oak Park and surrounding area attendees who interact with 70 area health & wellness vendors exhibiting at this popular event. Event is known for its free fitness classes, complimentary screenings, and family activities. It is open to public. Vendor spaces will sell out. Why Participate? It’s FREE for Chamber members or $250 for non- members. It’s EXCELLENT MARKETING. All vendors will cross-market event. It’s great NETWORKING and NEW CLIENT GENERATION. Health + Wellness vendors come face-to-face with industry peers and hundreds of enthusiastic attendees in just one day. Vendor FAQs: • Event is open to public April 29, 11A-3P @ the West Cook YMCA. • Event is FREE to participate for Chamber members, $250 for non- members. • Event is limited to 70 vendors. • Vendors arrive 10A for set-up, breakdown from 3-4P. • Vendors have access to Wi-Fi and electrical, as available. • Vendors promote event to own followers via social media, online, etc. • Vendors provide $25 or greater gift certificate to be raffled at event. • Vendors receive priority access on event sponsorships, starting at $300. • Chamber/YMCA provide each vendor with own 6’ table + 2 chairs. • Vendors market your business!
