See cut diagram for reference. (A) Measure and cut (2) 80 ˝ long pieces from the 1 4 ˝ x 50 ´ Natural Sisal Rope using Heavy-Duty Scissors or a Box Cutter. 5 THREAD ROPE AND TIE KNOTS Tie a knot at one end of one of the 80 ˝ long pieces of Natural Sisal Rope. Thread the other end of the rope through the hole at one end of one of the Baluster sections and tie another knot. Continue threading the rope through the holes of the (16) Baluster sections tying knots between each section. TIP: Wrapping the end of the rope with a piece of tape makes it easier to thread the rope through the holes. (A) With the second piece of rope, repeat knotting and threading through the holes on the other side of the Baluster sections. 6 FINISHING UP Cut any excess from the rope once the final knot has been tied. 2 A 4 A DRILL ALL HOLES Using the drill with the 3 8 ˝ drill bit, drill holes at both ends of all (16) 18 ˝ long sections of Balusters at 1 ˝ from each end.
