Anything that can cause damage to living things or the environment

Criteria

Exhibits at least one of four characteristics—IgnitabilityIgnitability, CorrosivityCorrosivity, ReactivityReactivity, or ToxicityToxicity

It contains over 100 parts per million (PPM) of halogenated compounds

It has a flash point below 140 degrees F. It is corrosive It contains toxic metal organic compounds

A MATERIAL IS CONSIDERED TO BE HAZARDOUS IF IT MEETS ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:
