I was initially impressed with Mr Jahri’s, communication skills, and professional demeanor in this few months he consistently demonstrated all of these qualities, he is reliable, dedicated and a valuable team player. During Mr.Jahri’s Internship as an Inventory Planner Intern and Part-Time Job as an Inventory Specialist/ Planner at Hayat Pharmacy (September 7 2015- April 30 2016). He worked on two different projects, so the first one the Inventory Manager assigned him to work on (Aggressive Price List) and the second one he established (DIPS Dynamic Inventory Project System) for the Inventory. Aggressive Price List Project: The purpose was that he had to figure out the price of 465 Rx's or Medications (Generics) offering from a supplier and he was comparing to the Market (HD Smith) & (Match RX website) & (McKesson) in order to avoid the aggressive price offering from a Supplier. As a result of that, he detected 108 Generics' price were more expensive than the market. As a result of that, the Inventory manager on the main site informed him to stop ordering from that supplier by then. DIPS Dynamic Inventory Project System:

- DIPS the Dynamic Inventory Project system is a database established for improving the efficiency of inventory level in Hayat Pharmacy Company.

- DIPS system creates return on Investment for the company by saving more than Ten Thousands Dollars $10,000 monthly as long as it runs the Internal purchasing among Hayat Eight Pharmacies instead of creating out new PO’s from other suppliers.

- DIPS alternates the previous approach (Phoning each other, the previous Inventory project sheet, using Slack App).

- The Inventory managers could simply oversee, record, remove Drugs, and chat with other Inventory staffs on the DIPS System if they want to post an order request.

- The Inventory Managers or the Inventory team staff could observe the last Change or Modify Activity by any inventory staff on DIPS system.

- The inventory staff could clearly observe the modification on the system running by other Inventory Staff smoothly by the differentiated colors for Each Inventory staff.
